Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAoT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Tallahassee, Florida.

AAoT is a well-established, clinician-led group that provides comprehensive anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in the community.

Compensation above the 90th percentile MGMA - profit sharing after 18 months $100k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus Anesthesia Care team is comprised of 34 Physicians and 99 Anesthetists Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Hearts, Endo, Pediatrics, Neurology Physician must be cardiac proficient/capable - TEE certification not required, but should be willing to do cardiac w/echo In house call 2-3x/month with post call day off 11 weeks PTO Benefit eligible on start date, no waiting period Generous CME and Florida licensure assistance Envision offers competitive compensation and a benefits package that includes medical, parental leave, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, CME, 401(k) with Company match and paid malpractice with tail coverage.
