Full scope: regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, high-acuity

Team: 14 physicians, 30+ CRNAs, 24 resident physicians

Academic/teaching environment

Salary by experience: 5+ yrs $382,500

2-5 yrs $373,500

0-2 yrs $364,500

7 weeks unpaid PTO

Provider responsible for malpractice (2mil/4mil)

Requirements: Active CA RN & CRNA license
