Pay: $2,400/wk

Duration: 13 Week Travel Contract

Location: Columbus, OH

Unit: General Medicine

Position Details

  • Profession: Registered Nurse

  • Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

  • Shift: Night Shift (3x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:30)

  • Float Requirement: Yes (to different units within the organization as needed)

  • Patient Ratios:

    • Days: 1:4

    • Nights: 1:4

    • Weekends: 1:4

Experience and Certification Requirements

  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Med-Surg required

  • Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

  • Skills:

    • IV Start and Management

    • Telemetry Monitoring

    • Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response

    • Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias

    • Phlebotomy

  • Charting System: Epic experience required

  • Previous Travel Experience: Preferred

Work Environment

Daily Census: Approximately 25 patients. This position involves rotating weekends and holidays. Staff may be required to float to units of equivalent or lower levels of acuity.
