Description

NTA division of USAP is seeking a physician to join this close-knit anesthesia practice in central and north Dallas.
Both partnership tracks and no-call employee tracks are available.
The strengths of NTA are their collegial group of physician partners, associates, and CRNAs, as well as their high flexibility, which allows you to enjoy your personal life while sustaining a satisfying and lucrative career.
Enjoy 5 weeks-vacation as a salaried associate and unlimited vacation as a production model partner without the need to request them far in advance.
NTA’s primary facility is THR Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, but the majority of their business is done at surrounding surgical centers and small surgical hospital.
We have also recently expanded our coverage to include Baylor Scott & White PGA Frisco.
Cases outside of Presbyterian Dallas and PGA are single-posted physician only cases and include orthopedics, plastic surgery, general surgery, ENT, urology, spine, and ophthalmology.
Cases at Presbyterian Dallas include single-posted cases and care-team supervision, and include all basic large tertiary hospital cases, except for pediatric, cardio-thoracic, transplant, and OB.
PGA does offer the
opportunity for OB within in the group.
The group covers general and trauma call at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas as well as general and OB call at PGA.
Partners and partner-track associates divide call equally and average 4 weekday calls per month (one each of 1st call, 2nd call, 3rd call and 4th call).
Of these four call types, only 1st call is a true 24-hour call, is home call and also comes with a post-call day off.
The rest are a tiered relief/backup symptom.
Call members also take only 2 weekends per quarter (one 1st call weekend divided into two 12-hr shifts and one 2nd/3rd call weekend), and one holiday per year.
Currently PGA calls are covered on a volunteer basis, but as part of our expansion we are also interested in physicians who may opt to take their assigned calls at PGA.
All this allows
for a light baseline call schedule with an easily ability to flex one's workload with their desired income or lifestyle balance with multiple voluntary and easy to obtain, but never required, options for extra work.
Also enjoy all the health, insurance, and retirement benefits of working for USAP.
