CRNAs work 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts based on staffing needs and are responsible for limited number (typically 1 or 2) of well compensated “Call Back” shifts (8 hour shifts) each month.

Compensation is paid hourly (based on years of experience).

In the Fort Worth Division of USAP North Texas there are several CRNAs who take advantage of overtime opportunities and can make up to $300,000 not including taxes and benefits.
