About the Position
We are seeking full-time and part-time CRNAs to join our independent hospital serving Bay Area Hospital, the largest facility on the Oregon Coast (124 licensed beds).
  • Independent CRNA practice in an opt-out state with full participation in all anesthesia cases and equal collaboration with MD anesthesiologists.
  • Typical caseload includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, urology, Da
Vinci robotic, cardiac Cath lab, and bariatric/total joint center of excellence cases.
  • No hearts or heads; major trauma transferred out.
  • home call with 20-minute response.
  • Supported by an outstanding pre-op clinic (RN + NP staffed) that minimizes cancellations and streamlines workflow.
  • Excellent relationship with MD
As—mutual respect, shared leadership, and equal voting membership on the medical staff.
  • Well-equipped with multiple Glidescopes, two ultrasounds, GE machines, Phillips monitors, and EPIC EMR.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $305,000 W-2 for 1.0 FTE; total compensation typically $365K+ including call.
  • Flexible PTO: 9 weeks to start, increasing to 10 weeks at 5 years and 11 at 10 years.
  • Annual CME/dues/licensure stipend: $4,000.
  • 457 retirement plan opportunity with 6% employer match and additional pre-tax savings 403b opportunity (totaling ~$50K+ in pre tax dollars).
  • State rural tax credit of up to $5,000 per year if you meet criteria.
  • Comprehensive health plan (HSA or Cadillac option).
