Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Schedule: Weekdays. 7a-5p or 7a-7p

• Call: Not required. Available if desired

• Case Types: Bread and Butter General. No Cardiac, Peds, or OB. Some Spine

• Length of Assignment: 6 months

• Model: Predominantly solo with some supervision mixed in

• EMR: Paper

• Travel/Lodging: Available for those traveling from outside a 60-mile radius.

• Malpractice: Provided by Anesthesia OnCall
