Description

Stable, well-established private group is looking to hire additional CRNAs for a hybrid Anesthesia Care Team and QZ model in order to meet growing demands.

We are seeking CRNA's to work five 8-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, three 10 hour shifts, or per diem options available.

W2: Full time = $250K - $285K (depending on experience) with very rich benefit package (including 14.5% employer retirement contribution, full health & dental for employee and dependants, etc, and 7 weeks paid vacation).

This equates to an hourly rate of $220 - $250/hr, and when including the savings on malpractice, self-employment tax, etc. is $250/hr - $295/hr compared to a 1099 position. 1099 Position, working 40 hours a week, 47 weeks is $395K,
