Independent Practice CRNA

Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team.

You’ll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care.

CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc.

A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency.

A great work environment that strongly values CRNAs.

At least one year of experience is required.

$400-$410K

1099 Practice

$40K Sign-On/ Relocation Bonus

$20K Retention Bonus received every 12 months after provider contract has been in effect for 25 months
