Position RequirementsDescription North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadershipRequirements • M.
