Opportunity
A full-time Anesthesiologist job opening is immediately available, offering exposure to an exceptionally diverse clinical caseload. This is a Partnership Track opportunity designed for a physician who seeks a long-term professional home in Central Texas.

Responsibilities
Provide and manage anesthesia for a wide variety of cases including General, Neuro, Ortho, Thoracic, and Vascular.
Manage lower-risk OB and healthy pediatrics, as well as specialized Cardiac cases.
Lead and perform heavy regional anesthesia blocks as part of a comprehensive pain management strategy.
Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Participate in a flexible call schedule (Home Call) with a dedicated day off following call.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team to maintain high standards of patient safety.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA) in Anesthesiology.
Current unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Proficiency in a broad range of techniques, specifically Regional and Cardiac anesthesia.
Commitment to high-quality patient care and interest in a partnership-track role.
