Description
Carroll County Anesthesia Associates (CCAA), an independent, physician-owned anesthesia practice, is seeking a CRNA to join our team at Carroll Hospital in Westminster, Maryland.
We offer a collaborative anesthesia care team environment with a broad clinical scope, predictable scheduling, and an excellent work-life balance. CRNAs work 10–12 hour shifts with no call, nights, or weekends.
Our practice includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB (~1,000 deliveries/year), endoscopy, robotics, vascular, thoracic, limited pediatrics, and regional anesthesia. There is no cardiac, neuro, or trauma anesthesia.
CRNAs may perform regional blocks, epidurals, invasive lines, and other procedures based on training, experience, and demonstrated skills.
Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are welcome. We value clinicians who are collaborative, dependable, clinically strong, and interested in being part of a close-knit independent practice.
