Length of Assignment: 12 weeks

Shift Hours: Day Shift; 10 hours: Required 12 hours: Preferred

Call Ratio: Preferred Weeknight - On Call (Pager), Preferred Weekend - On Call (Pager)Case Mix: General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics. neuraxial/regional skills required.

Pediatric anesthesiologists primarily will be supervising pediatric cases.

The cases covered solo are any NICU or neonatal cases such as pyeloromyotomy.# of OR's: 26

Support Staff: MDs supervising CRNAs and CAA's in a medical direction model.

Supervision and Ratio: 1 to 4

Active License: Yes, Required

Credentialing Time Frame: 60 days

Flu Vaccine: Required

Certifications Required: Board Certification and Fellowship Required
