Compensation includes a competitive one- to two-year base guarantee in the $360,000–$480,000 range, then 50% of collections once the guarantee is met. Partnership is immediate with no buy-in, and you receive ownership in a multi-specialty ASC with quarterly distributions. New grads and experienced anesthesiologists or PM&R physicians are encouraged to apply.
