The Nurse Anesthesia option is designed to provide the professional nurse with an in-depth concentration in clinical anesthesia and to prepare graduates of the program to assume the specialized role of nurse anesthetist. Students have the opportunity to contribute as a member of the health care team in providing optimal patient care.
