Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of advanced interventional procedures, including RFAs, spinal injections, and spinal cord stimulator placements.

• Manage a high-acuity caseload, providing specialized clinical care for complex chronic pain patients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Monitor patient longitudinal progress and adjust therapeutic modalities to optimize functional outcomes.

• Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant electronic medical records.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management (via Anesthesiology or PM&R pathways).

• Experienced Pain Physicians only: Must possess a proven clinical track record in an active interventional setting.

• Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility for licensure).

• High clinical proficiency in performing specialized injections, RFAs, and managing spinal cord stimulation.
